A small, fast rich-text notes app that works entirely offline, in a frosted-glass UI. The name is a pun on Notion. It is written in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose, and a release build is about 4 MB.

What makes it different.
No internet permission at all
Nocean does not hold the INTERNET permission, so it cannot go online. Every note and every file stays in the app’s private storage.
Rich text, with fonts built in
Use H1 to H3 headings, bold, italic and a different font for any stretch of text. Eight Google Fonts are bundled in the APK, so they work without a network or Play Services.
Images, video and audio in your notes
Insert media right into the text. Tap an image to pinch-zoom it full screen, or tap a video or audio clip to open a player with glass controls.
Your whole library in one zip
Export every note and its media to a single .zip and restore it on any device. On import, a note replaces an existing one only if it is newer.
Three themes.
Ocean uses IBM Carbon blues and Pepper uses PeppertinoCSS red; both follow the system light or dark setting. Cherry is Solarized Light in pink.
